Here is more info on our new construction acid stained concrete floors: Most of our completed flooring jobs are $2.25 sqft! Not 2 prices like all other flooring (materials expense, plus install labor expense). Ours can be half or more the price of most other completed flooring. We do each job using commercial floor prep sanding, permanent real acid stain colors, protective white floor guard industrial paper (some other companies don’t include this) to protect concrete floor during messy paint stage. Then at the end of all construction paper comes off & we use an industrial Oil base seal. Popularity is because of price, maintenance, & unique transparent colors that still shows the concrete slabs unique character. Most everyone tells us “it is a no brainer to use our new paid for concrete slab as a beautiful flooring option & can always place any other flooring right on top of it many years down the road if even wanted to then”
Try to contact us ASAP for info but if possible before messy sheet rock stage to do floor and cover protect them (can be done after sheet rock but not after wall paint gets on floor). We use extreme caution to cover protect any areas of potential color over spray on finished items (tubs, ext doors, porches, garage floors).
